This site has two aims; to introduce some interesting parts and aspects of Taiwan; and to provide a little information and encouragement for anyone who is interested in recreational motorcycle trips and touring in Taiwan. The largest section so far, and the one I've spent most time preparing, is "Trips and Photos". The sub-section "Round Taiwan." is about a 9-day tour round much of Taiwan. The following year I completed the motorbike circuit of Taiwan on a North Taiwan motorcycle tour with my mother. New: Chinese New Year 2005 trip over the South Cross-Island Highway to Taidong
